You can use the holiday description field to show a description of the holiday or display a closed message.

Display closed message

If you set the holiday as closed, you can use this field to display a closed message. For example, set the description field to Closed All Day:

If the holiday is an upcoming holiday, the description will be displayed like this:

If today is the holiday, the description will be displayed like this:
